What are your products made from?
All my pieces are handmade using high-quality resin. Each item is crafted individually, so no two are ever exactly the same.
Do you offer personalisation?
Yes! Many of my products can be personalised. Please get in touch via my Contact page before placing your order to discuss your requirements.
How long does delivery take?
I aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. International shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
I accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see my Refund Policy for full details.
How do I care for my resin pieces?
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and do not submerge in water.
